and security alert too , its bothering me , when i wanna sighn in my email , how could i get rid of this bothering box(it says that somthing security expired would u proceed?

Well you do not need to press F1 as it is for BIOS, which you dont need to use and when the security box appears tick the message " Do not show this message again"

check ur floppy drive and cmos battery. any one of them is faulty.
your computer reminding itself how to enter coms.that is why itz asking press f1

1.Check your cmos battory and replace new battery

2.check your floppy drive and if u dont have one remove it from the list

3.Did you install a new hardware ?check it now

3.Reset your coms values to default settings

to enter bious press delete button when computer starting
May be your floppy drive is not working.Try to replace it.Or Disable floppy from bios setup.
F1 is a short cut for # help # no you should not press ,it does appear when you first start you PC ....but if you get it throughout you dialogs ,maybe your settings for you mail are wrong ?not much of an expert in pc .
