Please help computer problem!!?

Ok i accidentally allowed i security web site called spydawn or something im not completly sure but what is happening is that my web page is defaulting ti thier site in spite of having yahoo as my homepage under web options. and now im getting all these message ballons popping up in the lower right corner or my window desktop (you know those little icons that you can hide with the little arrow) can soem one tell me how to stop this it the most annoying thing ever ive tried everything and now a really colse to shredding the drive. Has anyone else had this prob PLEASE its driving me nuts . AND THANKS FOR YOUR HELP

best thing to do is restore your computer day before..

it'll change your computer the way it was day before...to do that go to Start/All Programs/ Accesories/System Tools/System Restore.

once u do that the window will pop up click next and choose the day before this happened and click next the computer will automatic restrat and it'll go bak to normal.

NOTE: wateva the day you chose to restore it bak to anything install after that will be removed.
