How can I download smiley central emoticons. It says my security settings won't allow me to?

Also I have NO Active X bar at the top of the screen. How do I fix my computer, so that it allows me to download Smiley Central and stuff with Active X?? Step by step instructions would help as I'm a bit of a computer dunce hahahaha. Thanks :) I'm on XP-Pro service pack 2. :)

My advice is dont down load it, I did and my comp started to run very slow ::::::: it gives you a new search engine which i have been advised is not that good for your comp !!! your security system is just warning you ::::: i have kicked mine into touch and all is well again !

I recomened not downloading that thing atall, there are loadz of websites where you can get loadz of smiley's.. smiley central isn't one of them... Once you have downloaded it you will find that your pc may run much slower and you will constantly get pop-up ads advertising other products.. how do you think it's free.. See the thing is, these types of things normally know what the public wants when making products like these... And most of the time these companies have lots of financial backing so they are able to afford large scale web-advertising... How do you think they are able to advertise it on myspace.. Don't do it!
I have also lost my active X bar in the past and one way to get it back is to minimize then maximize your screen. I don't know much about computers either. Also about the security problem you might try going to Start that is at the botom of your screen. then control panel. Then security settings. Just disable your antivirus or any of that stuff. Then you should be able to download smiley central Just make sure to activate you antivirus after you finish downloading smiley central. Good Luck

have u considered the thought that ur security setting wont allow u to download smiley central emoticons for a reason? u have that security for stoping things like smiley central, y would u try to go around it and get ur PC infected with a virus on purpose?
you should do the following:

goto internet settings

goto security tab

click on custom level

change the relevant options like the activex things in that page to enable or you could set the security level to medium low by changing it on pulldown menu and click reset next to it.

this should make it work possibly cos yours is xpsp2 as mine also
