Do I have a security issue? I have a firewall turned on and other protection, but it continues to happen.

Seems like You have a radio emitter very near!

Grounding Your loudspeaker amplifier well may help. Or changing it..

Try finding another brand that does not pick up radio transmissions.

Some models are better screened then others..

Can you hear what the people say?
maybe your comp is possessed. lol
Something you have your computer system plugged into is not properly grounded. Plug your computer into a different electrical outlet, make sure your speakers are compatible with your computer, make sure there are no other systems near your computer, such as a stereo, radio, or anything of this nature. It's not usual for speakers to pickup voices. The cell phone population is creating a serious "micro wave" feedback problem. As a last resort, contact a computer store and have them make a service call. Know what I mean?!
I think those are pop up ads on the internet
Do you have pop up blockers enabled?

Maybe it has something to do with the new spy law they are trying to get in affect again..where they can listen to your phone calls %26 read your emails.....who knows?
Do you like it to be silent?
