sound like it might be the wrong kind of memory for your PC.GDDR2 runs at different Mhz. if you installed a slower one than your system was designed for then it might cause this.also i know yo have to install in pairs and in certain slot pairs.... idk ? only thing i can think of...... unless you knocked something loose when installing RAM or not pushed in all the way.

go to www.crucial.com and check
Go into your BIOS and make sure / change the RAM timing settings match up with your new RAM.
well you shouldnt use nortan because it sucs and try talking it back out and see if that fixes it if not its not ur ram
