My computer sounds like it is taking off, help!?

my pc seems to have trouble loading any info. it constantly sounds like it is ready for take off, costantly revving up. it has also become very slow. it is only 9mnths old and passes all the security checks that tell me it's ok. it's not, any ideas?

It also keeps throwing me out of explorer saying it has developed a problem when I am half way through something, what are these error reports, and where do they go? could these tell me the answer?

Im no computer expert but i presume the taking off sound is the fan and it may be broken causing your pc to over heat which can cause major problems.

The best idea is to get it checked out before it gets any worse.

The error reports go to microsoft to let them know this error has ocurred and if they recieve lots of the same errors they try to sort out this problem. So it doesnt really help you all that much

It's most likely to be a fan but there is a possibility that it's the hard drive. Just check the hard drive light on the front of the case when the noise occurs. If it stays off then it's one of the fans. If however it's flashing indicating hard drive action the noise could indicate a dodgy hard drive. You would be well advised in this case to back up anything important on your computer to flash drive or cd or even better a USB hard drive. You should do this regularly anyway as it's too late when you lose all your files. Hope this helps.
Sounds as if you have some spyware on your pc - have you scanned for spy/adware in Safe Mode?
