I keep showing that i have a security update but it is for XP sp1 and i have XP sp2. it wont delete

i cant get updates for service pack 1 to stop showing and i cant load or delete them. It always shows that i have update to load when i try to turn off computer

Go to Microsoft updates let the scanner run!Yes you do need the up dates for SP1 What happen is when the update first came you tried to stop it that messed it up.After you get a good copy of it on your computer if you don't want it you can go to add and remove and take it out.
