How do I get rid of the Security Toolbar 7.1 virus?

I have had a look at previous questions but they all seem a bit complicated, can somebody give me the SIMPLEST way to remove it. I already have AVG, will this be enough to get rid of it?

Also, is this virus that bad, what does it do to your computer?
