Pop up alert from Yahoo Answers?

I just clicked on a question in Computers /security regarding pop ups from adult sites.I got this alert (yellow triangle) which completely locked the page.I had to kill my browser with task manager to get out.Does Yahoo block the word por1n,if so how come this question had 17 answers

be careful those question's sites sometimes has a virus in them that what happed to my computer
Are YOU not on your limits for answering questions???????
Nasty little virus running wild.
I had same problem and had to restart my computer. Ran scans after but nothing was found.
Haven't a clue!
