Hi! i have a laptop with wireless broadband. I have Norton Internet Security installed, and at the moment the tick is green and all installed programmes are working correctly. But I have a stupid yellow triangle in my taskbar, flashing away and it pops up now and again saying I have a virus/trojan/worm and then a dodgy looking box appears inviting me to click on it to download some DiskCleaner and other dodgy named anti virus software. Its a Packard Bell popup, and i dont know how to get rid of it! It also says that my internet speed is reduced and my disk performance is lowered, and that people can access my bank details etc.
But when i did a Norton full disk scan it didnt pick up anything this morning! Whats going on?!!!!

Looks like you have spyware/ scumware on your computer.
Whatever you do don't click on it ,you maybe inviting even more junk into your machine .
Download ad-aware or spybot .Two free super anti spy cleaning programs then scan your computer.
I have Norton anti virus and both these programs installed on all 4 pc`s in the house and NEVER had any kind of spyware problem.
Good luck.
