Computer infected with something, but what????

Whenever i search anything in google or yahoo, or any other search engine, it takes and shows me ad sites like creditland.com, idish.net, ect..

I already tried ad-aware and avg security, but it still doesn't work

The only way i can search anything properly is if i go to advanced search and type it in; it works this way.

help?
