At home, my computer was able to get into yahoo answers, but now it takes me to a page where it says page was lost.... It says to change ports from firewall settings. I dont know about this stuff. Any help??

It's really horrible that people are so interested in trashing your software that they can't take the time to assist you with your actual problem and question...
the reason why is they are not technicians and have no clue what they're talking about.
I do not know what you are seeing that is telling you to change the ports on your firewall... but you need to take a look at that or have a reliable and qualified technician do so.. as it doesn't sound right. There is no special port you need to get onto yahoo answers. The port for html in general is port 80 so if you are on one page, you are on the others.
I would first and foremost make sure that your Norton suite is working properly on that computer.. make sure it is configured properly (like try setting the firewall back to defaults) and force a manual update on it to see if the update are current.
If you are still having trouble I would contact your ISP and tell them you are having problems connecting or contact Norton technical support and FAQ pages. You'd want to check with your ISP because it's possible something is wrong with a router in your area.
