How do i remove security toolbar 7.1?

i have spysweeper, norton anti virus and AVG but nothing is getting rid of this. I dont know what to do its stolen my home page and i have all these warning icons on my taskbar. i really dont want to have to restore my computer is there anyway of restoring it without losing any programs or files etc?
